BOMBS INJURE TWELVE LONDON Eng July 26 Twelve persons were injured one seriously by two bomb ex ¬ plosions in the Kings Cross Railway Station in the heart of London today Reports im ¬ mediately connected the blasts with activi ¬ ties of the outlawed Irish Republican army In an address to the House of Commons Monday Home Secretary Sir Samuel Hoare charged that the terrorists stimulated by foreign organizations planned a campaign of outrages that included the blowing up of the Houses of Parliament The injured in ¬ cluded two women whose clothing was torn off by the force of the blasts The bombs had been planted in the station cloak room
