RESPESS PLANS INDEFINITE Horses at Latonia to Be Returned Returnedto to Highland Farm Until Decision DecisionIs Is Reached Funeral Friday LATONIA Ky July 26 Future plans for the racing interests of the late J B Rome Respess are indefinite it was learned today The Erlanger Ky veteran who succumbed to pneumonia at his home Tuesday after ¬ noon has eleven horses at the Latonia track in training under the direction of George Wahlman who will return them to the farm this week where they will remain until a decision is reached reachedThere There are a number of yearlings wean ¬ lings brood mares and the stallion Byrd at Highland Stock Farm the thoroughbred nursery maintained by the late sportsman which are included in his estate The ma ¬ jority of the horses quartered here are two yearolds with the best of the older ones being the filly Busy Morn which finished second in the Enquirer Handicap here last Saturday SaturdayNo No action is expected concerning the thor ¬ oughbred stock until after the last will and testament is probated probatedBurial Burial arrangements have been completed and will be conducted Friday morning from the home of the deceased with interment in Highland Cemetery
