RECEIVER APPOINTED FOR TEXAS COMMISSION FUND FUNDAUSTIN AUSTIN Texas May 24 A notice of in ¬ terest to horsemen who raced in Texas at any time between 1934 and 1937 reads as follows All trainers jockeys apprentice jockeys exercise boys grooms platers sta ¬ ble foremen valets veterinarians author ¬ ized agents of owners owners registering partnership or unregistered horses and those registering colors who paid to the Texas Racing Commission Jockey Fund dur ¬ ing the period beginning January 1 1934 and ending August 31 1937 the license fees required by rule 152 of the Texas Racing Commission are hereby notified that in a suit filed in the 126th district court Travis County by F O Richcreek et al for them ¬ selves and for all other contributors to this fund against the Texas Racing Commission for the recovery of such license fees col ¬ lected by such commission judgment was rendered awarding to the plaintiffs and other contributors to this fund the balance of the Texas Racing Commission Jockey Fund now on hand and appointing Bob J Lyles 819 Scarborough Building Austin Texas as receiver and directing him to notify all contributors to and claimants of such fund to file immediately with such re ¬ ceiver by June 15 1941 a sworn written claim for the amounts severally contributed to the Texas Racing Commission Jockey Fund by individuals coming within the above named classes of persons personsMr Mr Lyles has written claimants that claims will be paid after June 15 after all shall have had the opportunity to present claims Those who have not heretofore been apprised of the outcome of this suit should address Bob J Lyles 819 Scarborough Building Austin Texas
