Extension of VMail Service ServiceArrangements Arrangements have been made to extend the VMail Service to correspondence be ¬ tween members of the British Army and Navy temporarily residing in the United States and relatives and friends in Great Britain Such VMail letters must be pre ¬ paid at the international rate that is 5 cents centsVMail VMail Service has also been extended to correspondence between persons in the United States and members of the British Forces in Persia and Iraq These VMail letters will be endorsed PAIFORCE which is used to identify this area and postage paid at the domestic rates that is three cents for ordinary mail and six cents if air mail service is desired
