Early Homewood Starting Time Monday, Tuesday HOMEWOOD, HI., June 27. Post time at Washington Park next Monday will be 2:15 oclock and on the following afternoon, Independence Day, it will be 2:00 oclock, it was announced today. The changes were made in order to accommodate the great number of patrons expected to attend the races on those days. On each of the tyvo days there will be nine races. Because Monday will begin charity week at Washington Park, that occasion will not be a ladies day.
