Inspect Site for Jersey Track TRENTON, N. J., June 27. Fred H. Ryan, secretary of the New Jersey state racing commission, reported today that the members of the commission spent three hours yesterday inspecting the site of the Hudson Racing Associations proposed track in Secaucus Township. No official statement was made by the board. The Hudson Racing Association recently applied to the commission for a license to i conduct a meeting in 1945 should conditions meanwhile permit the construction of the track, which would be only eight ; minutes from Times Square, New York City, at the New Jersey end of the Lincoln i Tunnel.
