Seven Hearts Left Behind LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 4.— The main division of J. Graham Browns stable left for New York without the sterling handicap performer, Seven Hearts. The son of Grand Slam is to remain in Kentucky and will continue out of training until such time when it may be decided that a sprained ligament or tendon, which forced him to the sidelines, is strong enough to justify an attempt to return him to racing fitness. Trainer W. Graves Sparks is taking 16 of the Brown horses to Jamaica.
