File Papers of Incorporation For Santa Anita Foundation ARCADIA, Calif., June 4, — Papers incorporating the Santa Anita Foundation were filed Thursday at the Hall of Records in u Los Angeles. This is a new non-profit or- f ganization formed at the request of the U. S. Treasury Department to disburse the l War Relief and charity funds that will be t raised during Fourth of July week, July 3-7. 5 All proceeds from the weeks racing, which will close the record meeting at Santa Anita Park, will be handled by the Foundation. There will be no special War Relief or s charity days for any specific organization. The incorporation papers list the follow- j: ing notable civic and business leaders of n southern California to serve as trustees of the Santa Anita Foundation: Leigh M. Battson, Porter Bruck, Rev. v Joseph T. McGucken, Harvey S. Mudd, George J. OBrien, P. G. Winnett and Dr. E Charles H. Strub.
