Illinois Notes SPORTSMANS PARK Cicero 111 May 5 A M Country Jacobus trainer of the divison of Brolite Farm horses racing here received the performers Pleasurette Bakers Boy and Tiger Watch from Lexington Lightweight jockey Eddie Franklin packed his tack this morning and departed for his home in Omaha Neb Franklin expects to ply his trade during the forthcoming AkSarBen meeting where he has been one of the leading reinsmen in recent years George B Scallon brought from Dallas in the Lone Star State four head which he bedded down at Lincoln Fields Starter Roy Dickerson has placed the racers Parasang Mannequin and Ste Frances on his list to be ineligible to start until schooling from the gate is satis ¬ factorily improved Jockey Frank Munden was a late arrival to the local jockey colony having ridden last at Tropical Park Trainer Paul L Kelley is expecting the racer Butchie to add to the unit of Cobbles Stable horses in his large public string Butchie is presently en route here from New York YorkHarold Harold Tinker brought from Tropical Park his wifes racer Jellico and has placed the son of Maeriel in training over the Haw ¬ thorne racing strip
