J J Flanigan Dies DiesWASHINGTON WASHINGTON PARK Homewood HI June 5 J J Flanigan one of the veteran trainers of the American turf died at 130 p m today at Louisville Ky it was learned here today It was believed his age was 70 He passed away as the result of a stroke Flanigans last important job as a trainer came some years ago when he conditioned the vast stable owned by Emerson F Woodwards Valdina Farm which had such outstanding horses as Val ¬ dina Orphan Eagle Pass Teddys Comet and Viscounty
