Jockey W Garner Given Meeting for Rough Riding RidingWASHINGTON WASHINGTON PARK Homewood HI June 5 The Washington Park stewards this afternoon issued the following ruling Jockey W Garner is hereby suspended for the balance of the meeting for rough riding going into the far turn in the f irst race on June UpIn 5 1948 on his mount Tuned Up In this race jockey Donald Scurlock was unseated from his mount Worry Not as indirect cause of Tuned Up when the latter horse hit Stormy McCabe in turn causing that racer to force Worry Not into the rail
