Turners Contract Sold SoldMONMOUTH MONMOUTH PARK Oceanport N J I June 24 An important transaction took place at Monmouth Park today when the contract of apprentice Jack Turner lead ¬ ing rider pf the meeting was purchased by the Grandview Stable from Sammy Hicks for an undisclosed sum Turner will continue to enjoy his fivepound appren ¬ ticeship for another two and a half months but judging from his recently shown ability he should have little trouble keeping pace with his field when that bug is lost Agent Fred Krieger will make Turners outside engagements in the fu ¬ ture
