Prospective Claims Insurance InsuranceMONMOUTH MONMOUTH PARK Oceanport N J June 24 Through the cooperation of the Thoroughbred Service Corporation of New York horsemen are now able to se ¬ cure insurance on a prospective claj Thus if a horse is injured or breaks down during the course of a race and is de ¬ stroyed the policy will reimburse the claimant for the amount of the claim Rates are 5 for each 2500 up to 12500 Certificates can be secured from the horse ¬ mens bookkeeper and stubs of the policy are attached to claims before they are deposited in the claim box It was largely through the efforts of the New Jersey divi ¬ sion of the HBPA that this protection has been secured
