Modify Campbell Ruling DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Oat., May 11. — The Dufferin Park stewards announced the following ruling today: "The ruling made- on jockey Hugh Campbell on Monday, May 8, has been modified so that, starting on Saturday, May 13, he will be permitted to accept mounts at Dufferin Park for his contract employers only for the balance of the meet."
