To Include Lincoln Bonus Monies in Horses Earnings EarningsSUFFOLK SUFFOLK DOWNS East Boston Mass May 7 The bonus purse monies paid out to horsemen by Lincoln Downs after their recent meeting will be included in the horses earnings and as such must be figured by horsemen in entering their charges in allowance races Bonuses were paid to the owners of horses finishing first second third and fourth in all races at Lincoln Downs DownsSome Some horsemen here felt that since the bonus was made to the owner it should not be credited to the horse but that view was not accepted by the stewards John B Campbell racing secretary at the New York tracks advised that there was no question whatsoever but that the money must be credited to the horse horseAs As a result one of the allowance races carded for today and one for tomorrow had to be revised as some horses were not eligible when the added bonus monies were included The stewards said that the earnings of the horses as appearing in the DAILY RACING FORM and Morning Tele ¬ graph will be their guide for allowance races
