Stewards Rulings DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Dei June 7. The stewards issued the following: ruling- here today: "Apprentice jockey Roger Conlon is suspended for 10 racing days effective Tuesday, June 8 to Friday, June 18 inclusive, for allowing his mount West-over to bear in and interfere with Eliot L. in the second race on Saturday, June 5."
