BLOCKS PLANS FOR A SPUR. New York, August 13. A corporation known as the New York Realty Owners Company has acquired control of the property known as the Myer Finn estate, which extends from the Empire City track to a point in Wakefield. This property was much sought after by James Butler, who had planned the construction of a spur line to the Empire City track from the main line at Wakefield. The purchasers of the Finn estate have divided the property into building lots and the new subdivision has been christened Belmont. It was learned that after the purchase- of the Finn estate Mr. Butler went to the former owners with an offer of 00 an acre over and above the amount paid by the present owners. As It was, the property on which Mr. Butler had proposed to build a private line was sold for the handsome sum of 00,000.
