MADDEN TURNS RADTKE LOOSE. .New York, September 10. Jockey Radtke has been turned adrift by the Hitchcock Stable and j. E. Madden. Paul Itainey paid 5,000 for the contract on Radtkes services, held ly J. R. Keene Ih the spring of 1900, but was never able to control "the boy, and this summer gave him up in disgust, the Hitchcock Stable buying the contract for a small sum. Madden, trainer of the Hitchcock iiorses, also has had no control over Radtke, and decided to let the boy go.
