FILE LICENSE FOR AQUEDUCT MEETING Albany, N. Y., August 29. The State Racing Commission has filed with the secretary of state a license granted to the Queens County Jockey Club to hold running races and steeplechases at the Aqueduct race track September 17 to October 0, Inclusive. The license was signed by James W. Wadsworth, chairman; John Sanford and H. K. Knapp, members of the State Racing Commission.
