I j CURRENT NOTES OF THE TUSFi Ten carloads of horses, numbering about 130 thoroughbreds, have been shipped from Reno to Brighouse Park at Vancouver, li. C. George Drumheller has siiipped sixteen horses to Vancouver for the opening ot Iho summer meeting at Brighouse Park next Saturday, July 22. Trainer George Walker of the Brookdal Stable reported this morning the two-year-old Maypolo would be on the shelf for a brief period wth a bruised heel. According to reports from tho West Thomas Fortune Ryan, the well-known Virginia breeder, has been invited by the Pacific Jockey Club to becoma a director cf that organization.
