CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF The two-year-old Schrab died at Maple Heights Sunday of pneumonia. Jockey M. Fator continues to ride brilliantly whesever he goes. At Maple Heights Monday he rode four winners. G. It. Bryson has taken up the plater Bal-lybell for James Arthur and he will be prepared for a winter campaign. Mrs. H. Dattners handicap horse Bunga Buck spread his foot the other day and will be an absentee from the races for a time. "Red" Palmer, one of starter Miltons assistants, has been appointed as starter at the Virginia State Fair at Richmond next week. A. N. Roys good two-year-old Arendal was fired for knee trouble this morning by Dr. H. J. McCarthy and will be on the shelf for the remainder of the year.
