1 ARLINGTON PARK NOTES C. C. Van Meter is shipping nine head from Arlington Park to Coney Island Monday. B. B. Williams is accompanying him to the Cincinnati track and will look after the string whie Van Meter directs the breaking and early preparation of his twelve yearlings at Lexington. Jockey H. Mills is leaving for New York and reports to J. Fitzsimmons at Saratoga Saturday. Dixianas Esseff, among the three-year-old fillies going from here to Latonia for the Latonia Oaks, will make her bid for honors in that old fixture under the guidance of jockey Karl Horvath. Acting for the Audley Farm, J. F. Patterson sold French Knight to F. TJmbdenstock and he will carry his new owners silks in the Glen Oak Purse here Thursday. R. A. White is the new trainer.
