Ten Ten Seek Seek Blue Blue Grass Grass Stakes Stakes Renewal; Renewal; Joliet Joliet Will Will Engage Engage Fourteen Fourteen Juveniles Juveniles Regard Over Nighi Highly in Fixture Mighty Story and Tetramore Other Shifty Youngsters in Lincoln-at-Hawthorne Stake STICKNEY, 111., June 1.— The first stake of the year on the Chicago front for two-year-olds, the ,000 added Joliet, will be renewed by the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club at Hawthorne tomorrow afternoon and the race commands more than passing interest because of the prospect that it will uncover youngster who later goes on to be a contender for the 1945 juvenile championship. Fourteen have been entered in the five-furlong spin and since there has been no outstanding juvenile development to date to discourage opposition most of them are expected to be in the starting field. Of those who already have shown themselves in Chicago this spring Mrs. Robert McGarveys Over Night, a full brother to the good mare Night Shadow, has impressed observers as the most likely prospect, but several others also have demon-istrated enough to suggest they have excellent chances of victory tomorrow. jNear Track Record Performance In his one and only start Over Night won and stepped four and a half furlongs in :55!5 which is just a fifth second over the Hawthorne track record. Glowing reports also have accompanied two invading contenders for the Joliet, John Marschs Mighty Story and Jess Trents Tetramore, who came here from Churchill Downs. Mighty Story has won one race and Tetramore two. Mighty Story could give Marsch his second victory in the Joliet for Blue Delight won it for him in 1940. Over Night and Mighty Story are expected to rule the favorites for tomorrows stake but solid support also is expected for Tetramore. Other two-year-olds who have made complimentary showings here this spring are P. J. Valentis Seamans Pal, Hyman Friedbergs Port List, Mrs. R. J. Doyles Little Snail, S and S Stables Lou Jay S.. Steve Valentis Joyce W.. and Mrs. C. Parks and Mrs. R. Scotts Skip Level.
