Hazel Park Stalls Assigned HAZEL PARK, Mich., June 15.— President Richard Connell, of the Hazel Park Racing Association, sent word here today that no more stall applications for the 1951 meeting at his course can be considered and that all stabling accommodations have been assigned. Connell and racing secretary Horace Wade looked over the list of applicants and handled as many requests as was physically possible at their plant.
