Trio on Doubles at Aqueduct AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 26.— Eric Guerins successive double on Wednesday lifted him into a three-way tie with Willie Boland and Ray York for riding honors at the meeting, with 12 victories each. Two other riders, Nick Wall and Sidney Cole, also scored doubles on the mid-week program. Wall, the 44-year-old lightweight rider, copped both ends of the Daily Double; Cole won the fifth on Gold Heel and then came back to win with the long-priced Cherry Prince in the finale. Guerin took the Tremont on Hilarious and followed up with Common Cause.
