Wagner Loses Allowance DETROIT, Mich., June 26.— Apprentice John M. Wagner, who is under contract to Mrs. Norman Hernandez, will lose his five-pound allowance tomorrow, the Fulton, Mo.-born reinsman having won his initial success at Waterford Park, June 27, 1951. Wagner rode but 46 victorious mounts last year and six more through April, 1952. Since arrival at the local meeting, Wagner scored with nine mounts and he is tied with Willie Zakoor for seventh place in the Detroit riding standings at the beginning of the Thursday program.
