Whitehead Visitor at Fairmount FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 26. — Barry Whitehead, director of racing at Centennial race track whose meeting gets under way on July 11 for a 50-day meeting, was a visitor here at Fair-mount for a few days, contacting stables that will campaign the Littleton meeting. Whitehead conferred with Jack Klucina, racing secretary, and general manager Ed Moon during his short stay. Whitehead will depart for Denver tonight.
