Ten Juveniles Furnish Sport in Monmouth Dash Features Return Clash of White Cliff, Game Gene and Isasmoothie MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 26. — Feature billing will be given to the younger set for the first time at this meeting tomorrow, with 10 of the juveniles due to participate in the Hindoo Purse at five furlongs. The majority are nominated to one or more of the three two-year-old stakes coming up here, and they appear a classy lot. Two stable couplings are among the entrants, and the Brookfield duo of Isasmoothie and If I are expected to be favored, although it is a wide-open affair. J. H. Miles White Cliff and Do-Ra-Mi Stables Game Gene, who were first and second, respectively, in a blanket finish with Isasmoothie here last week, are certain to again make it a spirited contest and there is new blood that also figures to go well. The local patrons will center their interest on the return engagement of the three mentioned who were just noses apart in the fastest five -furlong event of the meeting, but Jaclyn Stables Retrouve, W. T. Markeys Selective and Larkin and Phillips Ari Gold have gained considerable merit in their respective campaigns at other eastern tracks. The last named, Ari Gold, is coupled as a mate to Game Gene. Isasmoothie was the easiest kind of winner at Delaware Park, and was the beaten favorite in his outing here. Although it was a tight fit all the way around and a true run race, the Rosemont — Blue Line colt was forced to lose ground racing on the outside and appeared the most likely one to improve off that race. A "double bug" apprentice has been claimed, giving him a big weight concession from his rivals. If I has also shown enough promise to have support on his own, making the pair to be saddled by youthful Ed Kelly seem to have a strong hand.
