WALKER SOON TO SAIL FOR GERMANY. Memphis, Tenu., January 9. George Walker, the American trainer, who lias been spending the holidays with friends and relatives here, left tonight for Toronto, Canada, to spend a few days with his father and mother before sailing for Germany to resume duties as trainer of the Weinberg stable. Walker will sail on the Kroonlahd January 20 from New York. He expects to develop several cracks from a big band of two-year-olds on the German turf. His unbeaten colt, Fels, he says has been engaged In every tiling for three-year-olds In Germany. Walker will confine his operations to Germany, with Winnie OConnor doing the bulk of the riding.
