MILAM HORSES ARRIVE AT MEMPHIS. Memphis, Tenn., January 12. Horses continue to arrive at Montgomery Park In anticipation of the usual renewal of the spring meeting, although the Supreme Court has. yet to decide the question as to the constitutionality of the RIce-LIgon law. Today sixteen head of young and older horses belonging to J. C. Milam reached the track from Lexington Ky. They will remain until after spring racing time. .Several of the all aged division will be prepared for engagements at New Orleans liefore March 1. Dan Morris, a Kentucky owner, lias engaged stable room for sixteen horses and will ship his string here within the next few days.
