BUTCHER WANTS MONEY FROM BROWN. New Orleans, La., January 13; A sequel to the suit filed in Covington, Ky., yesterday by Emll and Isaac Huttenbauer against H. Brown came to light here today. The Hutteubauers sued to recover the sum of ,199.50 claimed to be due them for meat furnished Mr. Browns cafe in Cincinnati. An order from the sheriff was today served on the State National Bank of this city attaching any money that may be held by the bank for the account of either Brown or George Friederichs.. The order wa? made to include Friederichs on the ground that the latter Is financially interested with Brown.
