DELMAR BETTING CASES ARE DISMISSED. St. Louis, Mo., January 20. The cases of George" Ehrlich, K. Miller, and E. V. Kintz, charged with having registered bets iu violation of the Missouri I state law at Delmar Park last summer, have been dismissed by Judge McEIhiuney in the Clayton Clr- Court. The cases had been called for the fifth Icuit time. The dismissal was made upon the motion of Prosecuting Attorney Johusou.
