The newly elected board of directors of the Saratoga Racing Association held a Ineeting at the Windsor Arcade Thursday and elected these officers for the ensuing year: President. F. R. Hitchcock; vice-president, Harry Payne Whitney; secretary and treasurer, Andrew Miller.
