TOMMY STEELE TO HAVE A CHANCE. Lexington, Ky., February 3. Allan Steele will ship his stable to Hot Springs some time during the coming week. His son, Tommy Steele, who Is regarded by local horsemen as a comer in the saddle, will he given an opportunity to make good as a Jockey. He can ride as light as 75 pounds.
