JOCKEYS LOSE THEIR BADGES. . New Orleans, La.. March 3. Jockeys B. Davis and Archibald had their badges taken up by the City Park oUicials this afternoon. No specified charges were made against either lad, but judges Trevelyan and Murphy were dissatisfied with their riding here during the past few weeks. Archibald had the mount on Ruths Battler in the steeplechase today and fell off at the ninth jump.
