Judge Frank J.Bryan has been informed that the license committee or the Jockey Club has approved jockey Eugene Illlde-brauds application for a license. The Jockey Club stewards will meet in New York next Thursday, i when it is expected the license will be granted.. In that event Uildebrand will be seeu iu the saddle j at Oaklawn next Friday. He may not go to New 1 Orleans to ride Jack Dolau in the Derby. He feels that it is best that he should remain here.
