ONTARIO JOCKEY CLUB STAKES. Toronto, Out., March 20. Thirteen stakes have been opened by the Ontario Jockey Club to close on Saturday, April 21. They represent besides the Liverpool and Seagram Cups, each cup valued at ,000, and the King Edward Gold Cup, valued at ,500, a total outlay in added money of 5,000. The stakes In brief are as follows: Toronto Cup, ,000 added, three-year-olds and upward; King Edward Gold Cup, ,500 added, three-year-olds and upward; Waterloo Handicap, ,200 added, three-year-olds and upward; Minto Stakes, selling, ,000 added, three-year-olds and upward; Liverpool Cup, ,000 added, three-year-olds and upward, the property of residents of Canada; Seagram Cup handicap, ,000 added, three-year-olds and upward, owned in Canada; the Hendrie Handicap, which takes the place of the long-established Dominion Handicap, ,000 added, three-year-olds and upward, foaled in Canada; Woodstock Plate, ,500 added, three-year-olds; Victoria Stakes, ,000 added, two-year-olds; Tyro Stakes, ,000 added, selling, two-ycar-oldsf Coronation. .Stakes, 00 aildedy- two-year.--olds foaled in Canada; Woodbine Steeplechase, ,000 added, four-year-olds and upward; Street Hallway Steeplechase Handicap, ,000 added, four-year-olds and upward.
