Mary Primm, lucky for the entire trip and clear of Interference, ran to her best form and won all the way. Neania W. ran well and was gaining at the end under pew handling. King Wilda, away in a tangle and suffering from interference, went wide into the stretch, but finished fast and was probably best. Albemarle ran in Improved form in the soft going. Investor quit badly In the final drive after running well to the stretch. Rely showed early speed. Scratched 01131 Lady Waddell, 100. Jardiniere, favored by the soft track and away fully in motion, showed the most speed, ran to her best form and was never seriously in danger of defeat. Miss Martha was hard ridden all the way, stood punishment gamelv and finished well. Dr. Root went well throughout and had no mishaps. Mary Welch, away in a tangle and going wide on the turns, closed a big gap. Wllleox tired badly under weak handling. Margaret Morris had scant chance with her poor rider and ran a bad race. Harmakis followed San Prirao closely for the first three-quarters and, when the latter began tiring, dashed into the lead and won with plenty in reserve. San Primo showed the most early speed, but tired and had to lie hard ridden to save second place. Lubin bore out on the first turn, losing much ground and gradually closed a big gap in the last half, but only ran a fairly good race and is not in his best form apparently. The latter began slowly and labored badly in the going for the first quarter and moved up gamely in the last half, but tired in the final drive. Water Mirror quit after, going a good half. Williams, badly ridden, had .1 rough trip and suffered from repeated interference. Little Gregg had scant chance and ran a good race. Hermolne showed a brief flash of speed.
