Sister Huffman was saved to the stretch, then wore down the leaders and came away as her rider nleased. Glad Pirate finished fast and was doing his best all the way. J. J. Jr. was outrun to the stretch, but finished gamely after closing a big gap. Charles I. Lee showed a good burst of speed, but was green and probably a bit short. Ho Is worth bearing in mind. Imboden ran well, but tired in the final drive. Stonewall finished well. Magic showed early sliced, but is not a stayer. Hallowmas ran to his best form, finished resolutely and only succumbed in the final stride. Little Scout ran in greatly improved form and was a game contender at the finish. Simon Kent tired badly after showing early speed. Ben MacDhui ran a good race, displayed some of his old-time form and tired at the end. Trossachs went fairly well.
