COMMITS SUICIDE TO EVADE ARREST. Hot Springs, Ark., March 20. While a policeman with a warrant, charging the issuing of worthless checks, was trying to gain admittance to his room in the Pullman Hotel this morning, J. H. Claybaugh, of Chicago, committed suicide. It is said that Claybaugh was formerly in the employ of Mont Tennes.
