WAR ON TOUTS AT WINDSOR. Windsor has in former years been greatly pestered by the tout nnisance. Not so this season. Detectives Capmau and Mahoney, Chief Wills, of Windsor, and Chief Masters, of Sandwich, as well as a big bunch of officers and plain clothes men, are fast ridding the track of the nuisance. Over twenty were rounded up Monday, and very little touting was noticeable after this batch was disposed of. Detroit Free Press.
