JAPANESE TO STUDY BREEDING. Lexington, Ky., July 23. John Mackey, former manager of the Rancho del Paso breeding establishment In California arrived here Saturday witli two Japanese boys, sons of M. Hyashl, of Tokyo, and they will remain at Elmendorf Stud for several mouths in order to thoroughly study the arts of breeding as practiced in this country. The lads will make their home at the Ilaggin farm and will be given every opportunity to learn the breeding business, after which they will return to Japan and begin the breeding of thoroughbreds on a large scale.
