J. E. SEAGRAM IS ELECTED PRESIDENT. Toronto, Ont., July 23. At a meeting of the board of the Ontario Jockey Club, held Saturday, J. E. Seagram, M.P., was elected president in place of the late Mr. Hendrie. E. B. Osier, M.P., first vice-president; Hon. L. Melvin Jones, second vice-president, and the Hon. John S. Hendrie was elected a director to fill the vacancy. . The full personnel of the board is now as follows: President Joseph E. Seagram, M.P.- First Vice-President E. B. Osier, M.P. Second Vice-President Hon. L. Melvin Jones. Executive Committee A. Smith, F.R.C. V.S. chairman, D. W. Alexander, George W. Torrance, Alex. W. Mackenzie, non. John S. Hendrie.
