MMEEKIN ESTATE OWNS SALVIDERE S DAM. Lexington, Ky., August 4. According to papers found among the effects of the late Charles F. McMeekln, he had exchanged with the estate of Captain S. S. Brown, his half Interest in the brood mare Intermission for the half interest in Bowling Brook and Sallle of Navarre. Sallie of Navarre la the dam of Salvidere and was bought in partnership by Captain Brown and C. F. McMeekln from Colonel W. S. Barnes in 1902. Colonel Barnes had purchased her from the estate of Byron McClelland. Sallle of Navarre was injured as a foal and never broken to ride.
