NOTES OF THE TURF. irvington Earl has leased the running qualities of Eccentrical, from Harry Richard. Barney Schreiber has declared Dr. Gardner and Nealon out of. the Twin City Handicap. It is not often that running races are postponed anywhore on account of wet weather, but It rained so hard , at Butte, Montana, last Wednesday that the officials decided to carry the card over until the next day. In addition to Go Between, the horses in which E.. R. Thomas and Alex- Shields each have a half interest are Diamond, Halifax and Lleber. They are to race in the name of Mr. Thomas, as was announced recently.
