Liberty Mo, vigorously, handled and running to his best form, followed the early leaders close up and. after being fully straightened out for the stretch run, stood a hard drive gamely and got up In the final strides. Falkland ran a good race and was right there all the way. Miladi Love closed a big gap from a poor beginning, but tired in the final strides. Athena began slowly and had to go around the others, finished fast and was probably best. Belltoone tired badly after showing much speed for the first three-quarters. Bonart, away running and skillfully handled, showed the most speed and was clear of Interference, stood a hard drive well and outgamed Triumphant. The latter suffered from interference and was forced to go wide in the stretch, but finished gamely and ran in improved form. Demo had a rough trip and was repeatedly roughed and forced to take back, was gaining fast in the stretch, when she was again interfered with and this settled her chances. Aubuchon, on Mlldrene, was responsible for most of the fouling. The latter ran a good race and would have been a sharp factor but for Aubuchons tactics. Agra, away slowly, ran a poor race and can do better. Lady Henrietta, away well and running forwardly from the start, wore down Mum on the stretch turn Rnd held the others safe in the final drive. Mayor Johnson saved ground on the stretch turn and, responding gamely to hard urging, finished fast and outgamed The Thrall. The latter was in close quaiteS for the first half, came wide Into the stretch and tired slightly in the final drive. Mum ran a good half before tiring. Alma Dufour ran a good race and was gaining at the end. Terns Rod was a contender for the first three-quarters, but tired in the stretch drive. The Minks, away slowly, closed a big gap and was going fast at the end. Whlppoorwlll refused to break, bolted Into the fence and unseated his rider. Friction Is showing steady improvement, broke well in motion, raced Bon VIvant into subjection in the first half and, standing a hard drive gamely, outstayed Zinfandel. The latter, probably best, was given nn over-confident ride and. taken wide into the stretch, finished fast and would have won In a few more strides. Salnrlda was outrun in the early stages, but saved ground on the stretch turn and, finishing fast, was wearing the leaders down. Bon Vivant showed speed and ran a good race. Mansard, away well and running to his best form, wore down the early leaders In the first three furlongs and won with plenty in reserve. Roscoe showed the most early speed and hung on surprisingly, veil in the final drive. Toupee was away in a forward position, showed improvement and put up a good performance. Don Domo was away too poorly to cut much figure, but failed to show much speed and ran a bad race. Tarp was a sharp contender for the first half and ran a good race. Oberon was poorly handled.
