NOTES OF THE TURF. The crack two-year-old Salvidere has no stake engagements at Sheepshead Bay. Among the horses which will race as two-year-olds in the string of Julius Bauer next season are the first foals of that trio of turf stars. Hatasoo, Renin and Disadvantage. All three are by Previous, the Produce of Reina being a colt while the other two are fillies. The long rest awarded Roseben appears to have restored the champion sprinter to his almost Invincible form of last fall. He has several stake engagements at Sheepshead Bay, but several, the An-naul Champion for instance, are over too much ground .for him and it is quite probable that the seven furlongs Flight Stakes, to be run September 13, will be the only stake he will be started for. In this he will have to carry only 123 pounds.
