TARAL HEADS JOCKEY LIST IN AUSTRIA. Fred Taral, the American jockey riding in Austria, Is In splendid form and is at the head of the list of winning jockeys in that country, according to a letter received in New York from Budapest. One of his most recent and most important victories was on Baron Springers Elziver, in the Queens Prize, a race worth 8,000.
