CASTLEMAN TO RESIDE IN NEW YORK. New York, September 19. Breckenridge Castle-man, who was appointed president of the Douglas Park Jockey Club when the new plant was built at Louisville, returned from Kentucky Monday and was at Gravesend track today. He will make New York his home from now on and will not be actively associated in racing In his native city. He attended the opening of the new track, however, and says it is one of the handsomest plants he has ever seen.
