BAD WEATHER, BUT GOOD SPORT AT LATONIA Tartar Wins With "Ease Pretension Shows His Heels -to St. .Joseph John, Dillons Steeplechase. Cincinnati, O., October 27. The weather was cold and disagreeable today. Consequently the attendance -at Latouia was light.- Those who did go to the track, however, saw some good racing. The card was;pne of the best of tile .meeting. John Dillons victory hi the steeplechase was due to Rejectables mishap lit the final obstacle. Scops broke down at ;the nintji jump.
